He supervises all activities of the Ministry and its subordinate institutions and organizations; receives foreign officials; coordinates the issues of state protocol in the framework of the Foreign Ministry and the work of the Press Service, the cooperation with the University of World Economy and Diplomacy on the full range of issues related to training in the field of foreign policy and foreign economic activity.

Born on November 16, 1947 in the city of Yangiyul, the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Has a higher education, graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR, holds a Ph. D. in History.

Awarded the State orders «Mehnat shuhrati», «Do’stlik», «O’zbekiston belgisi» and «O’zbekiston Respublikasi mustaqilligiga 20 yil».

Javlon Vakhabov was born on August 7, 1980 in Tashkent city.
